The Town of Washington is being sued by town property owner Fredette Eagle as a result of the Washington Board of Zoning Appeals’ decision this summer that denied her a zoning variance.
In one of two legal papers filed by attorney Doug Baumgardner, a “Bill of Complaint,” Mrs. Eagle argues that “no zoning variance was necessary prior to (her) obtaining a zoning and building permit for the above described structural alterations to her existing building and that she is entitled to the permits and approvals requested by her.”
