Nine indicted
by Grand Jury
last Wednesday
The Rappahannock Grand Jury indicted nine persons when it met for the first time in four months last Wednesday, Nov. 13 in Washington, Va.
Indicted were:
• Jonathan Johnson, 37, of Culpeper, for operating a motor vehicle after having been declared a habitual offender.
• David Donald Beck, 25, of Flint Hill, for passing bad checks.
• Tony Capies, 25, of Richmond, for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. He allegedly took a 1980 Ford Fairmont from the home of Lester Sisk in Washington without permission.
• Irvin Franklin Freeman, 21, of Washington, Va., for breaking and entering and grand larceny. He allegedly broke into the Russell Aylor residence sometime in August and stole a .38-caliber Webley handgun, a 30-06 Remington rifle, six fishing rods and about $30-$40 in cash, according to a warrant on file in the Rappahannock Clerk’s Office.
He is a co-defendant with David Allen Pullen, below.
