Rappahannock 4-H Clubs and the Rappahannock Extension Office conducted their annual 4-H Achievement Night on Friday, Nov. 8 at Rappahannock County Elementary School. > Following a covered dish dinner for 4-H members, their families, and friends, an awards program was held for achievements during the 1990-91 4-H year. Toni Updike, 4-H Leader, presented pins and certificates for 4-H Project Awards. These included: Achievement — Tim Mahoney, Gregory Williams. Alumni — Toni Updike.
