Allen with current 1st District Rep. Thomas Bliley in the revised 7th District. Sen. Waddell’s plan would lump Republicans Rep. Allen and Rep. Bliley in another district. Sen. Waddell’s plan for the 7th would have Fauquier, Loudoun, Prince William and Fairfax as its base. Both Waddell and Sen. Charles Colgan, D-Prince William, say they have an interest in running for Congress if that district makes it through the General Assembly. “If a district along those lines were drawn, I would have an interest (in running),” Sen. Waddell said.
