By JUNE CLARK *37-8827 Jones attended the Baptist General Assembly of Virginia annual meeting held in Salem from Monday until Wednesday. Mrs. Hazel Deal of Sperryville and Pam Deal of Culpeper were Sunday visitors of Mrs. Katie Wayland. Woodville Baptist Church welcomed the following new members to the congregation on Sunday Tom and Amy Hesse and their children Jacofi and Megan. Dr. and Mrs. Buck Rish of Virginia Beach were weekend guests of Mr. and Mrs. B.L. Price at their home Windy Hill. Mrs. Katie Wayland and Mr. and Mrs. John Creel of Culpeper were guests of Mrs. Beulah Armentrout in Front Royal on Thursday. Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Brown joined them later for a visit. Mrs. June Clark and Misty Hitt were among those attending the Rappahannock Extension Homemakers Achievement Night held at the Flint Hill fire hall on Thursday night.
