The S.E.A. is an organization of enlisted men of the Navy, Marine Corps and Coast Guard who were designated as Navel Aviation Pilots. The elected officers of the Washington D.C. Wind for 1993 include Howard Ziemmer, President, and John Schultz, Vice President both are resident of Rappahannock County.
