In a meeting interruped by
frequent warnings by Wakefield member Robert Eastham on the disastrous state of the county’s finances, the Rappahannock School Board voted to allow the Health Department to operate a dental trailer on school property but refused to assume any of the operation expenses.
The 1983 Miss Rappahannock Beauty Contest will be held Friday, April 15, at 7:30 p.m. in the Elementary School.
