Can Kerr, Laura McNear and Lori Paratore got two hits each. Jan Hitt got a double, and Shannon Walters, Marsha Freeman, Dindi Welch, Detrich Beaver and Emma Swatman also got a hit apiece.
Monday at George Mason the girls won another victory, 37 to 11. They got 20 hits while allowing only four. Again Susan and Amy Payne shared the pitching giving up two hits each.
Marsha Freeman went five for five at the plate. Emma Swatman was three for four with one double. Lori Paratore was also three for four with a double and tripple.
Laura McNear was three for five with a triple and two doubles. Leah Marlett was two for four with two triples, and Cari Kerr also got a triple.
