TO CONSIDER ALLOWING THE LAND APPLICATION OF SLUDGE IN RAPPAHANNOCK COUNTY In response to many requests from members of the public regarding the County's current moratorium on the land application of sludge, the Rappahannock County Board of Supervisors shall hold a public hearing on Monday, May 3,1993, to hear public comments on the issue. The hearing shall be held at 7:00 p.m. at the Rappahannock County High School Auditorium. Representatives from the State Water Control Board, the state regulatory agency governing the land application of sludge, will be in attendance. In addition, representatives of Fauquier County will be on hand to explain their county's regulation of land applied sludge. All persons are invited to attend and to make comments.
