ing lady bronc-busters. Blackburn delivers cowboy songs and comedy with a serving of dazzling rope tricks. In Colorado, their home base, they are know as the Colorado Cactus Swing Band; they even bring their own cactuses.
They will be joined by country jazz fiddler Paul Anastasio, who has played with top-name country bands for the past 30 years.
The requested admission for each concert is $3 per person. Bring a lawn chair or blanket to sit on. All concerts feature a selection of door prizes donated by local merchants. In case of bad weather, the concerts will be held at local schools.
The Bluemont Concert Series works in partnership with local groups to present almost 300 cultural programs in 50 communities.
