We can all look forward to exciting new programs starting in September, “Friday at the Library,” with Diana Bird as the 1993-1994 Program Coordinator. New children’s programs will begin in the fall after the summer reading program ends.
The Rappahannock Library now has 4,181 registered borrowers, or 63.14 percent of the 6,622 county population. With a state average of 50.37 percent, this suggests that our Library has many people in our community who eiyoy reading. Membership has steadily increased over a two year period by 20.25 percent.
