Military
To the Editor:
The Ih-esident’s well-publicized desire to allow homosexuals to remain in the military had received one-sided reporting. The Presidential Commission appointed to review the issue heard 335 hours of testimony at a cost to the taxpayers of $4 million. Its findings, if publicized, would be helpful in insuring the public debate is a fully informed one.
The issue of homosexuals in the military is an issue of criminal conduct, not merely homosexual status.
