OFFICE The Rappahannock County Board of Supervisors are soliciting competitive sealed bids for the construction/renovation of the Rappahannock County Magistrate's Office Building, consisting of approximately 500 square feet. The Office to be located in an existing frame garage structure on the Courthouse grounds. Complete project plans and specifications are available for $20.00 from Monroe & Crocker Architects, AIA, P.O. Box 722 Flint Hill VA 22627 (telephone number (703) 6364505). Please direct all inquiries to the project architect, Jonathan Monroe, at that number. A pre-bid conference will be held on the site on July 26th at 12:00 noon, with bids being due to the County Administration Office at 12:00 noon on August 2,1993. The provisions of the Virginia Public Procurement Act and §11-37 of the Code of Virginia governing competitive sealed bidding shall apply. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
