In Gid Brown Hollow Route 614 will be named Keyser Run Road instead of Smedley Hollow Road. This change was requested by residents of the area.
The supervisors were presented with two petitions from residents of Route 620. One suggested the name of the whole length of the road be changed from Five Forks Road to Fletchers Mill Road. The second suggested that from Route 021 to the dead end it still be named Five Forks Road. The supervisors agreed to change the name from Five Forks to Fletchers Mill to the intersection with Route 621 and to keep Five Forks for the small section at the dead end.
The supervisors also agreed to change Route 680 from Dennis Store Road to Dennie Road.
Route 621 from Route 626 to Route 622 will be named Hunters Road instead of Hunters Hall Road.
Route 611 from U.S. 211 to Route 642 will be named Seven Ponds Road instead of Corbins Road.
Route 617 from Route 618 to Route 616 will be named Castleton View Road instead of Fire House Road. Route 616 from Route 617 to Route 626 will still be named Castleton View Road.
Route 679 from I'.S. 211 to Route 729 will be named Googes Mountain Road instead of Goolsby Mountain Road. That change was made at the. request of Hampton District representative Mike Massie.
Finally, Route 637 from Route 647 to U.S. 522 will be named Jericho Road instead of North Poes Road. Route 637 from Route 647 to U.S. 211 will be Poes Road instead of South Poes Road.
