The “Self Esteem and Codependency” seminar deals with shame and guilt, feelings of asserting your own needs in relationships with others (i.e., mate, boss, children); explores origins of the feeling of shame and how to keep you stuck in codespendent, destructive patterns of relating to others.

The “Compulsive Over-Eating” seminar will identify individual characteristics of compulsive over-eating and explore coping skills to enhance individual success at weight loss attempts.

(A seminar on “Woman’s Support Group for Surviviors of Childhood Sexual and Physical Abuse” was held on July 8.)
