and other food service personnel in proper food handling techniques and sanitation management. This course will help managers increase the level of sanitation in their facility, while decreasing the amount of foodborne disease.
The textbook used will be Applied Food Service Sanitation (cost is include in tuition). After completion of the course, there is a onehour exam. With successful completion'of the course and passing the exam, students will be issued a certificate by the National Restaurant Association.
