Council member Ray Gooch said, “The Washington Business Council was the host for Colonial Christmas last weekend, but I think the Town Council needs to have a representative or liaison with whoever is in charge, in order to have some continuity. It should not be something that is organized from the start every year. The Town Council needs to have some participation in the weekend."
