To the Editor:

We would like so very much to thank all of the people who so generously offered to and did participate in our Colonial Christmas Weekend. Although the weather was difficult, the people who took part in all of the planning and execution of the many activities made it a bright weekend! In spite of the weather we enjoyed a larger crow'd than ever before. Much of success was due to many additional activities, such as the Christmas Market, located in the First Baptist Church, Santa in and antique sleigh, the First Baptist Church Choir, and the house tour showing the home and Charlie and Fran Eldred and Tom Zumwalt, and the office of Jimmy and Beth DeBurgh. If it had not rained, Chris Bird would have toured the Town in his wagon, allowing visitors to enjoy the charming views and buildings.
