Recently much attention has been created by the media reports of governmental human experimentation associated with radiation exposure. This includes some nuclear medicine research conducted by the .Veterans’ Administration.
If any veteran believes they were exposed to radiation either while on active duty or if they were exposed to nuclear medicine research in the 40s, 50s or 60s while being treated in a Veteran’s Admin1 istration Medical Center, he/she should file'a claim now.
Information on filing a claim can be obtained by calling 1-800-8271000 or 703-635-4201. You will be asked to provide dates of exposure, proof of military service and if treated for any radiation induce illness the dates of treatment and doctor’s name and address.
