The Creator, when planning the world, gave order to our lives...a rhythm as old as time. In the third chapter of Ecclesiastes, we are told there is “...a time for every matter under heaven; a time to be born, and a time to die; ...a time to weep, and a time to laugh; ...a time to seek and a time to lose; ...a time to keep silence, and a time to speak;...” God has also given us a time to worship. “Six days you shall labor; but the seventh day is a Sabbath to the Lord your God" (Exodus 20:9-10). Our Heavenly Father knew that though toil was good, we would need to observe a regular time each week to rest our bodies and strengthen our faith by communing with Him. Begin the renewal of your spirit this Sabbath with the Creator, for it has been said, “Time and the tides wait for no man.”
