PURSUANT to Section 170-129 of the Rappahannock County Code and Section 15.1-431 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Zoning Appeals for Rappahannock County, Virginia, will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, August 24, 1994 at 9:00 a m. in the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia to consider the following applications:
SPECIAL USE # 94-07-01 1 John and Terri Diley, Rt. 1, Box 195 Amissville, VA 22002, desire to obtain a Special Use Permit in order to establish a residential-care facility in their dwelling, currently under construction. Facility will provide care for up to five (5) elderly residents. Located on RT. 643, Jackson District in Amissville, , i VA; Tax Map 33, Parcel 70B, consisting of approximately 14.96 acres, current zoning “A" Agricultural. Use allowed under Section 170-36 and Section 170-36B of the Rappahannock County Code. Additional Standards contained in Section 170-63 (J).
A COPY of the foregoing application is on file at the Zoning Office and available for public inspection, Monday through Friday. 8:30 am. to 4:30 p.m., Said applications will be presented to the Rappahannock County Planning Commission at their regular meeting on Wednesday, August 17, 1994 at 7:30 p.m. at the Courthouse for such recommendation as the Commission may wish to make pursuant to Section 170-55, if any. The above named applicant, adjacent property owners, and any other parties wishing to be heard should be present at said meeting 6r should address their written comments to the Board of Zoning Appeals, P.O.
