No one came but as I passed through Flint Hill at 6:30 a.m. two deputies were parked at Major’s Garage. I later conveyed this information to the Sheriff and he was surprised that two were there and said he would have a deputy here the next morning. He came at 6 a.m., parked in the tenant house yeard, left exactly at 6:30 a.m., and I havn’t heard anything from the Sheriffs office since that time. ,
Now I would like to ask if shooting at a mail box is a more serious crime than shooting and killing a dumb, helpless animal grazing in a field, or is the computer still working on this case but just not as fast and dedicated as the Major.
