TERMS OF SALE: CASH
A deposit of Ten Percent (10%) of the sale price in cash or certified check will be required to be paid by the successful bidder at the time of sale with the balance due in cash or its equivalent at settlement which will be held on or before thirty (30) days from the date of sale at the office of the Trustee; terms of sale to be complied with within thirty (30) days from the date of sale or the above deposit will be forfeited, applied to costs of the sale, including Trustee's fee, and the property shall be resold at the cost of the defaulting purchaser. Time shall be of the essence with repect to settlement. All costs of conveyance, examination of title, State Grantor's Tax, notary fees, and all costs of settlement shall be at the expense of the purchaser.
