ANNOUNCEMENT
We are pleased to announce that Mr. C. Frederick Kohler has accepted the position of managing broker for the Washington, Virginia office of Real Estate III. v
Mr. Kohler brings nineteen years of real estate brokerage experience to the firm, with a broad background in farm and country estate sales throughout Rappahannock, Fauquier, Loudoun and Culpeper counties, as well as commercial brokerage in Northern Virginia. He is knowledgeable in the field of finance and real estate tax law, with a specialty in IRS Code Section 1031 real estate exchanges. He has served as a director of a Board of Realtors, and has chaired the board's Professional Standards Committee.
Rick and his wife, Kaye are active members of the community, recently organizing the fund raising and construction of the pirate ship and the planting of trees at the Rappahannock County Park. They are involved in a number of community functions and have lived in the area for many years.
