Invitation to Bid The Rappahannock County School Board la - accepting bids from qualified firms to prepare final engineering plans and project oversight services lor construction of a Lemna (or equal duckweed treatment system in the sole discretion of the school board) wastewater treatment system at the existing Rappahannock County Elementary School sewage treatment facility. System design is for just that school, but shall allow for inclusion of possible additional school/ commercial taps at a later date. Scope of services to include: preparation of preliminary design plans, coordination of preliminary meetings with regulatory bodies, completion of final engineering plans to submit for approvals in time for contractor bidding (construction bid opening projected for February, 1995), shepherding the plans through the regulatory process, assisting school administration in the contractor bid/ selec- , tion process, and supervision of construction (projected to start early summer 1995). Copies of the bid documents and the ‘Rappahannock Co. Schools Feasibility Study ' for Wastewater Facilities can be obtained from the Rappahannock School Board Office, PO Box 273, Sperryville, Va., 22740.
