PUBLIC HEARING: > AMENDMENTS TO RAPPAHANNOCK COUNTY CODE SUBDIVISION REQUIREMENTS for HYDROGEOLOGICAL TESTING On Wednesday, November 15, 1995 at 7:00 PM, the Rappahannock County Planning Commission shall hold a public hearing to consider the adoption of amendments to Section 147-21 of the Rappahannock County Code, relating to the subdivision of land. These amendments would require subdividers of five lots or more, each of which is less than five acres in size, or subdividers of fen lots or more, regardless of size, to provide hydrogeologic testing to verify water supplies for the development. The amendments set forth testing and reporting standards for same. A full copy of the proposed amendments is available for inspection from 8:30-4:30 Monday through Friday, at the County Administration and Zoning Office in Washington, VA. * All interested persons are invited to attend and to make comment.
