Turkey Leftovers
Since a common request is how can 1 use all that leftover turkey, here are a few recipes utilizing that extra turkey.
Turkey in a Cup
12 ounce can big biscuits, 2/3 cup Cheddar cheese, grated, 2/3 cup rice cereal, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, 2 cups diced turkey, 1 can cream of musnroom soup (undiluted), 10 ounce box chopped broccoli, cooked and drained, and 1/3 cup buttered bread crumbs: Place biscuits in ungreased muffin cup, pressing dough to bottom and sides. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of cheese into each cup.
