In all of Carnival glass collecting the Northwood Peacock and Urn master ice cream bowl in aqua opalescent is one of the rarest and most desirable, with perhaps only 12 known to exist in the world.
One of these bowls was recently identified and sold for its owners by Bill and Mauri Payne of Bill Payne Auctions, Inc. Amissville for $25,000 to an Ohio collector.
