When the issue was raised last month, the board tabled consideration of the borrowing resolution to see what other counties did. Also Joy Sloane had a series of questions for CSB executive director Brian Duncan, chiefly about the local nutrition site for seniors.
Mr. Duncan responded in writing to these questions, but Mrs. Sloane said she was not completely satisfied with the answers. In some cases she said she suspected Mr. Duncan was being "deliberately obtuse." She sugj gested the county cut its contribution to the Community Services Board and send the money to the Senior Center Committee which will be responsible for utility bills at the new nutritioii site.
