William Jenkins

William Franklin Jenkins, 68, of Culpeper, died on Tuesday, Nov. 26 at the Culpeper Health Care Center.

He was bom July 9, 1928, in Rappahannock to the late Willie Jenkins and Elizabeth Settle Jenkins.

Survivors include one daughter, Kay Keyser and her husband, Ronnie; and one son, Ricky Jenkins and his wife, Patti, all of Culpeper.

He is also survived by one brother, James Jenkins; two sisters, Louise and Betty Hume, all of Culpeper and four grandchildren, Michael and Chrissy Keyser and Laurie and Stacie Jenkins.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Mildred Edwards Jenkins.

Funeral services were held on Saturday, Nov. 30 at Found and Sons Chapel with the Rev. Gordon George Jr. officiating.

Interment followed in Fairview Cemetery.
