The list of academic and athletic activities, achievements and awards for both twins runs long. This fall, Kristin was one of 20 Virginia finalists for the Wendy's High School Heisman award. Bridget was nominated for the same honor in the past.
Both have run cross country and played varsity volleyball, basketball and soccer since eighth grade. Both have been named Most Valuable Player and named to Delaney All Conference Teams numerous times.
This fall Kristin and Bridget finished second and third in the Delaney Athletic Conference cross country tournament, held Oct. 19 at James Long Park near Haymarket, enabling WCDS to capture the championship for the third year in a row.
