Parenting Training Sessions Set

Free training entitled. Effective Parenting of Teenagers is going on now and will continue for six sessions at the Rappahannock Elementary School. Each meeting will run from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. and is open to the public. For more information and to register, call Valerie at 675-3313.

Brunch at Oasis Winery

The Oasis Winery will be hosting their annual Champagne Brunch at the Winery in the Grand Tasting room at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 7. The Flint Hill Public House Chefs are the guest chefs this year and'will cater this gourmet brunch. The brunch will be accompanied by a live demonstration on the methods used in making sparkling wines on the Oasis bottling line system. Please call for the menu to be faxed or E-mailed, 6357627. Santa at Viewtown Store

Champagne Open House

The Oasis Winery will be hosting the Champagne open houses on Dec. 14 and 21. These open houses will feature all the Oasis sparkling wines available to taste including their Internationally acclaimed Cuvee D’ Or. Complimentary Virginia made specialty gourmet Hor’s D’eouvres will accompany all tastings.
