On Dec. 19 and 20 the Amissville Ruritans will be judging Christmas decorations on homes within five mile radius of Amissville. If you would like to be a part of this contest, please contact a Ruritan member with directions to your home.
Please continue to be in prayer for the Pastoral Search Committee for Amissville Baptist Church who have had a difficult time lining up prospective candidates. This is a tedious task for all involved and" we are very grateful to those members who are working so hard to fill this position.
During December, the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association will air a trio of programs to blanket the world with God's peace. A Crusade telecast and the World Television Christmas Special will be televised the week of Dec. 1 in addition to a North American Television ’ Christmas Special the week of Dec. 15. Please pray for the television placement negotiations and for the interpretation into 33 languages, which are currently taking place. Pray also for God to prepare the hearts of millions to receive His Son. ‘
