The RappahannockRapidan Community Services Board it soliciting bids for the renovation of the Aytor-Thornton Building located on 710 U.S. Avenue, Culpeper, Virginia. Sealed bids will be received Wednesday, February 12 1097 at Rappahannock-Rapidan Community Services Board, Attention: Brian Duncan, Executive Director, 401 South Main Street, Culpeper, Virginia 22701 until 2.-00 PM, at which time all bids wHI be publicly openend and read aloud.

Performance and Payment Bonds for 100% of the Contrast will be required. A Bid Bond, cash, letter of credit from a bank or lending institution, or certified check in the amount of 5% of the Bid shall be submitted with the Bid.

The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informalities, and to award the contract in the best interest of the Owner. Telephonic, telegraphic and telecopy bids wiH not be accepted. Bid forms enclosed in specifications must be used. All bids must be submitted no later than the indicated time. A pre-bid conference will be held on Monday, January 27 at 10:00 A.M. at the current Rappahannock-Rapidan Community Services Board office, address below.

Plans and Specifications will be available on Tuesday, January 21, 1997 at RappahannockRapidan Community Services Board, Brian Duncan, Executive Director, 401 South Main Street, Culpeper, Virginia. Plans will also be on file at dBF Associates, Architects, Rick Funk, Architect, 932 E. Jefferson Street, Charlottesville, VA 22902.

A refundable $35.00 per set deposit will be required.
