Performance and Payment Bonds for 100% of the Contract will be required. A Bid Bond, cash, letter of credit from a bank or lending institution, or certified check in the amount of 5% of the Bid shall be submitted with the Bid.
The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informalities, and to award the contract in the best interest of the Owner. Telephonic, telegraphic and telecopy bids will not be accepted. Bid forms enclosed in specifications must be used. All bids must be submined no later than the indicated time.
