An alleged abduction which reportedly occurred at the Rappahannock County Library on June 19 has generated a huge concern in the community and led to a rash of unsubstantiated stories regarding the incident.
Rappahannock Sheriff Gary Settle and Commonwealth’s Attorney Peter Luke said this week that the incident may have been blown out of all proportion.
