This includes for both schools, carpet cleaning, snaking out drain lines, service ventilators and repair controls in the cafeteria and gym at RCES, replacing radiator covers in the gym, repainting the gym floor, replacing the window shades at RCES, replacing the rear cafeteria doors at RCES, RCES and RCHS water chlorinators (upon approval of the Health Department).

It also includes, fire alarm and fire extinguisher inspections, painting of classrooms, replacement of the rear auditorium door, carpet cleaning, septic tank cleaning, and back flow devices.

It was also reported that all personnel positions for next year have been filled.

It was motioned and approved that Robinson, Farmer & Cox will conduct the activities account audit.

The board also decided that more planning toward future goals needs to be implemented during the meetings and that long range planning is in order.

The board will begin this process on July 17 at 7:30 p.m. in a work session. Its regular meeting is July 15 at 8 p.m.

The board approved the transfer of funds in the budget, the budget summary and bill expenditures. They then approved the closing of the budget for FY 1996-97.
