IVI Notices RAPPAHANNOCK COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS PURSUANT to Section 170-129 of the Rappahannock County Code and Section 15.1-431 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors for Rappahannock County, Virginia, will hold a public hearing on Monday, August 4,1997 at 7:00 p.m. in the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia to consider the following applications: RZ #97-06-01 Mabel Jett Pendleton and John R. Pendleton, Box 63, Flint Hill, VA 22627, desire to rezone Tax Map 13, Parcel138F, consisting of 6.41 acres, more or less, from the current zoning classification of “A” Agriculture to “R-2”, Residential 2 zoning.
