Nellie Pritchett
Nellie Susan Pritchett, 85, '■ of Orlando, Fla., formerly of Front Royal, died Sunday, June 29 in the Columbia Medical Center in Orlando.
Funeral services will bel held on Thursday, July 3 at 2* p.m. at the Flint Hill United Methodist Church with Rev. Merlin Shorb officiating.
Burial will follow in the Flint Hill Cemetery.
Mrs. Pritchett was born Jan. 5, 1912, in Madison County, daughter of James W.' and Elizabeth Jenkins Lillard.
She attended grade school in Nethers and was a member of the Flint Hill United Methodist Church. ’
She was employed by the Swartzenbach-Huber Silk Mill for many years.
She retired as a cutter for. Aileen, Inc. in Flint Hill after 10 years of service.
Surviving are six daughters Mary E. Smith of Front Royal, Edna M. Scott of Huntly, Doris V. Dawson ofFront Royal, Joyce Ann’ Parsons of Orlando, Fla.,’ Shirley F. Williams of Front Royal and Janet L. Lafferty of Sallisaw, Okla.; two sons Ernest L: Pritchett, Jr. of Middletown and Robert L.; Pritchett of Rileyville; a sisterAlice Brady of Flint Hill; two’ brothers Clyde Lillard and Aubrey Lillard, both of Flint Hill; 26 grandchildren; 51 great-grandchildren and 12 great-great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased in’ death by a brother Carson Lillard; a sister Fannie’ Nethers; a son-in-law James Scott Jr.; a granddaughter Susan Fox Gumz and a grandson Cpl. Larry E. Smedley, USMC.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, July 2 from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Maddox ; Funeral Home.
