Committee, reported that the Virginia Department of Transportation put in a steel culvert with collars and it should do very well as far as weight is concerned.
He also reported that they are waiting to put down the gravel for edging the driveway to let it settle and that will be- done probably in August.
The committee will also look at the issue of handicapped parking for the library and how to improve it.
County Administrator John McCarthy reported that Peter Kramer has agreed to design the podium for the library’s multipurpose room and will supply the work as a donation to the library. The library will supply the materials needed. He will submit several designs to the board.
