Mr. Clifford Sayre who is Vice Chairman of the Genealogy Club of Montgomery County Historical Society spoke on “Sources of Genealogical Help and How to Manage Data.” He spoke largely on managing data on computers. He stressed the three “R’s”: 1) record keeping — who did what to whom, when and where; 2) research and analysis; 3) reporting — this is most important because, unless it is passed on, the information about families is gone.
