Frank, however, is well qualified to deal with what they dish out. He began with a degree in animal sciences from the University of Maryland and has worked for the National Zoo in Washington, D.C., the Buffalo Zoo in New York and Aquarama in North Carolina.
He has worked with parrots and reptiles for about 20 years and also sells various types of parrots and'tortoises at his farm.
