Blueridge Technologies has grown prodigiously in the last year. Their latest client is Northwest Airlines, but others include The Washington Post, Federal Express, Motorola, Apple Computer, the United States Army and Patent Office, Howard University, and even a small school system in California.
This local company is the brains that is changing the computer-age into the information-age, where vast amounts of data are transferred in seconds next door or acrbss the world. /
The company develops software, helps businesses set up computer systems that run the software and then provides technical support if needed. The technical “wizards* at Blueridge are as friendly and computer knowlegeable as the computer world can be difficult to comprehend.
Dr. -John Jamieson, who has a PhD in nuclear engineering from Georgia Tech, and Craig Landrum, a former code-breaker for the National Security Agency, both worked at Planning Research Corporation. They worked primarily on government projects one of those being for the U.S. Patent Office, where they
