RAPPAHANNOCK COUNTY BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS PURSUANT to Section 170-129 ot the Rappahannock County Code and Section 15.1-431 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Zoning Appeals for Rappahannock County, Virginia, will hold a public hearing on Thursday. August 28,1997 at 7:30 p.m. in the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia to consider the following applications: SU # 97-07-02 Linda W. Riley, contract purchaser of property owned by Leo I. Wharton and Elizabeth Wharton, Tax Map 13, Parcel 140-B, at 13822 Crest Hill Road, Flint Hill. VA 22627, desire a Special Use Permit to construct an addition to an existing dwelling for her living quarters. Property consists of approximately 2.58 acres in Wakefield Magisterial District and is zoned ‘A* Agricultural. Use permitted under Section 17036(A); Additional Standards in 170-62 (G) Articles 1, 2, & 3 of the Rappahannock County Code. A COPY of the foregoing applications is on file at the Zoning Office and available for public inspection, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.ft. to 4:30 p.m..
