Debbie Massie Amissville The Ice Cream Dessert 60 Ritz crackers 1 stick margarine 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream 1 1/2 cups milk 2 packages (Jello) coconut cream instant pudding Crush fine 60 Ritz crackers. Place in bottom of a 9 x 13 inch dish, saving aside 1/2 cup. Drizzle one stick of melted margarine over the crumbs. Soften 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream and blend in 1 1/2 cups milk with a mixer. Add 2 packages of coconut cream instant pudding. When mixed, spread on crumbs in the 9 x 13 dish, and sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup crumbs on top. Place in the refrigerator.
