Using large ice cream scoop. Make 1/2 cup scoops of ice cream. Place in shallow pan. Cover and freeze until firm.

In small bowl mix together crushed cereal and melted butter. Quickly roll frozen ice cream balls in cereal mixture. Return to freezer until ready to serve. Before serving mix together honey and cinnamon. Drizzle over balls.

Heat hot fudge. Drizzle over balls also.

Serve immediately. Makes four servings.

1/2 cup fresh lime juice

1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust
