Mr. and Mrs. Leroy Hall of Camilla, Ga. and J.C. Burke of Leesburg, Fla. are spending this week with Miss Mary Miller Wood.
Mrs. Denise Jakubowicz of Doylestown, Pa. was a July 4 visitor of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Schultz. They had dinner at Skyland Restaurant on Skyline Drive and attended the fireworks in town.
Mr. and Mrs. John Clark, Amanda and Stacey entertained with a July 4th cookout for 25 friends and relatives.
July 4th visitors of Mrs. Addie Keyser were Mr.and Mrs. Donald Keyser and daughter, Michelle and Mr. and Mrs. Leroy Keyser and son, Austin Lane of Alexandria, Mrs. Jeanetta Pullen of Flint Hill and Mrs. Marie Rutherford of Front Royal. All enjoyed Donald Keyser and his band playing music at the Blue Moon Cafe in Sperryville.
The community was sorry to hear that Mrs. Marilyn Bailey had fallen in her home and broke her hip. She is a patient in Room 214 at Fauquier Hospital in Warrenton.
Mrs. Ruth Clark took Mrs. Mary Atkins of Sperryville to Winchester on Wednesday for her medical check up.
Friday, July 2 Mr. and Mrs. Ennis Clark of Lebanon Church had lunch with Mr. and Mrs. Edward M. Clark before leaving on a vacation of six weeks to Alaska.
