Virginia High School League Physicals will be given on July 28 at the Rappahannock Medical Center for a cost of $10, from 2 to 4 p.m. Physical forms will be available at the Medical Center.
Happy birthday wishes go out to Crockett Morgan Poland who will be five years old on July 4 and to Chrissy Wagner who will celebrate hef big day on July 8.
