Gifted student
program
Helen Williams previewed the revised gifted student plan for 1999-2001. Ms. Williams noted that the new plan is directed toward developing those intellectually gifted in grades 4 through 12, visually gifted in grades K through 12, and performing arts gifted in grades 5 through 12, and the program will be coordinated by Amy Gubler.
This year, eighty-three K12 students have been identified as gifted, and will participate in the new program this coming school year.
