• We welcome back Mrs. Barbara Norris to RCES as she rejoins the Fifth Grade Team. She will be substituting for Mrs. Molly Bailey until the end of the year while she is out on maternity leave. Many of you may have met Mrs. Norris when she was subbing for Mrs. Eva Atkins earlier this year. We are pleased to have her on staff.
• Miller Brothers Construction Company is working feverishly to complete the RCHS addition on schedule, and the building is really beginning to take shape. It is exciting to watch the progress. If you haven’t driven by lately, please do come and take a peek.
